Title: South of the Border Flip (Tvp Tacos)

2cTvp, dry
1 3/4cBoiling water
1cnTomatoes, canned -- 28 oz
1tsBasil
1tsOregano
1/2tsCumin
1/2tsThyme
1tsSalt
1 Pepper -- to taste
1tbChili powder
1 Onion -- diced

Reconstitute TVP in boiling water. Simmer TVP, and all the ingredients to blend.
